What do you get when you give to Tiny Paws Pug Rescue?

There are so many reasons why people donate on #GivingTuesday.

Mitzi, an 8 year old Pug was skin and bones when we brought her in.

With so many worthy causes out there this November, we wanted to let you know what you receive when you commit to supporting our organization.

As a newly minted Guide Star Bronze partner, our financials are transparent on where your donations are focused.

We are a 100% volunteer organization. All the money with a small percentage of between 6 to 8% go toward operational expenses.

Together with you, we have made a difference and rescued 100 dogs this year. We found homes for 92, have 6 in our Forever Foster program and had two cross the Rainbow Bridge. Unfortunately, sometimes that is the saving and a hard reality as a team that we have to address.

In our second year, demand has been great. As experienced rescuers we realize that we need to reach out for help. As a result this year, we have built partnerships with National Organizations, such as Best Friends Animal Society, local emergency rescue personnel to help find homes for dogs missing their owners as a result of the California wildfires and reach out regularly to local rescue organizations to network dogs.

This Tuesday, please consider helping dogs like Mitzi, dumped on the streets of Sacramento, to get healthy, have her ongoing medical issues addressed and at just 8 years of age, find her forever home.

Mitzi after a few weeks of care is beginning to look like a Pug!
